Our Design Process
1) You will need to complete your order before we begin the design process
2) Initial Artwork Creation: Once we receive your photo, our artists will begin creating your custom pet portrait on your selected product(s).
3) Proof Review: Within 1-2 business days, you'll receive a digital mockup via email for your review.
4) Revision Phase: We offer one round of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction with the artwork. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll work closely with you throughout the process to create the perfect portrait of your beloved pet. Please refer to SECTION 12 of our Terms of Service regarding artwork rights.
5) Final Approval: Upon your approval of the design, we'll begin production.
6) Production & Shipping: We'll prepare your custom artwork and ship it to your specified address. Once your item is fulfilled and shipped, your payment will then be processed. Please allow 5-8 business days for production and shipping after your design is approved.
